Disruptions of your normal habits, routines, rhythms, cycles and patterns are likely now, and this can throw you off balance emotionally and physically. Any emotional tension or pressure that has been building within you or in a close relationship comes to a head now also, and must be dealt with. If you have been "sleep walking", going through your life in an unconscious, habitual way and taking a lot for granted, this may well represent an undesirable wake-up call especially if you have been ignoring what has been going on inside of you or within your family. If you have been suppressing a lot, or for a long time, the force of your emotions may shock you.

Sometimes what appears to be a loss or a sudden reversal is actually an opportunity for a new life that has been wanting birth in you and through you.

Positive Potentials:

Accommodating and cooperating with changes - however sudden or unexpected - leads to new life; greater independence, emotional freedom, and a feeling of being liberated from old habits and the past.

Negative Potentials:

Rapidly changing emotional relationships, changing family structure, and erratic emotions leave you feeling ungrounded, fearful, unsteady. You are also prone to "act out" impulsively, rashly, and thoughtlessly, with little regard for how this impacts other people.

Remedies and Suggestions:

As difficult as it may be at this time, try to maintain some rhythm and steady routine in your life. Quiet, repetitive, mundane tasks can be soothing, as can working with plants or in the outdoors. Listen to music with a gentle, steadying effect; do yoga.
