What is the difference between a "birth time" and a "no birth time" report?

Birth time Reports require your accurate birth time and include all Astrological influences including those that are time-based. No Birth time Reports are generally shorter and lower in price because the time-dependent astrological influences cannot be calculated.

An accurate birth time most significantly affects positions of the moon, ascendant, midheaven and the houses. With a careful review of your personal history, an astrologer can determine your exact time of birth. This procedure is called "chart rectification."

What if I want a 2-person report but only know the birth time of 1 person?

Be sure to select "Time of birth unknown" option.But you can still use an existing profile with birth time as one of the two profiles(for "Birth time known" profile). You will be charged for a No Birth time Report.

How do I order a paid report?

a) Start by browsing through the various sections of astroReports. The reports areas include About me, family, Romance and so on.

b) An online example of each report is available. The examples will help you better understand what each report has to offer.

c) To begin the ordering process, make your report selections by clicking on the “more info” button, this will allow you to add the report to your shopping cart. You can add as many as you'd like to the shopping cart before checking out.

d) If you want to continue shopping, click on the "Continue Shopping" button. To go to a different area, click one of the options. If you'd like to check out, click the "checkout" button.

e) The after you click “checkout” will display a summary of your order. You can use this opportunity to edit your selections. Be sure to click on "Delete Checked Items" if you delete any duplicate files. When you are ready pay for the reports, select "Checkout" and follow the simple steps.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?

Removing items from your shopping cart is easy to do. In front of each report you have ordered is a check box in the delete column. To remove a report, simply check the delete box, and then hit the "Delete Checked Items" button. This will save the changes in your shopping cart.

How do I use my coupon?

Generally, coupons are delivered directly from our promotional campaigns. In order to activate a coupon, simply enter the coupon number when you are given the option, during the checkout process. Once you enter a valid coupon number the related discounts are automatically calculated.

How do I receive the reports?

The reports are shown on screen. You can save these to a text file. Orders paid for online will receive 1 automatic follow-up emails containing a link to that order plus the report as an attachment. You can save or print this attachment for future reference.

If you cannot receive personal email at work, please do not enter your work email address. We suggest you use your home email address, or sign up for a personal email account at work, using free email services such as those offered yahoo or any number of other email providers.

The confirmation email can be used to find the online location of an order. Your order will be stored on our Servers for 7 days. Please save the report so that you can access it after it is cleared from our Servers.

Will I get a confirmation of my purchase?

You will receive an automatic follow-up email for each order. This is an automated system, activated each time you request a free or paid report(s). The follow-up email is simply a reminder for you to print or save your report and will include the online location of the report that we keep for 7 days.
