You certainly can take steps to get out of a restrictive environment if you so desire, but the obstacles often cause a strain. Situations may arise that prompt you to break free, but there may be a set of requirements that you must fulfill before you can do it. You may find yourself dealing with contrasting forces that challenge you to be independent within certain limits.
By focusing on what is original rather than on imitations, you can make a statement during this cycle by giving form to what is unconventional. Solving unusual or technical problems may occur now, and when you maintain your objectivity, important answers may suddenly arise. Circumstances can force you to look at things from a different perspective, and this can bring clarity. You may fear, however, what you can?t control, and deny whatever is outside your known boundaries, although unexpected elements tend to make an appearance now despite efforts to the contrary. Occasionally others, especially those in authority, stifle your urge to be different. You may disagree with conventional wisdom now, and your unique viewpoints tend to meet with resistance. On the other hand, you may worry over the consequences of going counter to the prevailing trends; yet it is possible you cannot withhold periodic outbursts.
Inconsistency is often a feature to this cycle that can cause a series of stops and starts so that your progress in certain areas is erratic. You may struggle at times to stay in step with life since you are prone to sudden shifts of direction that may cause you and others concern if you attempt to make everything conform to a set pattern. The more that you demand reliability, the more perplexed you likely become. By accepting what does not meet your standards, you can relieve some of the tension that can surface during this cycle. Not everything or everyone fits in a neat package, at least not for very long.
If you are comfortable moving against the current when necessary and being your own person, you may reach your goals, although this period may require greater responsibilities than usual. You may contend with obligations that limit your range of movement and expression. Regardless of your disposition, there typically are constraints on your individuality that make it difficult to remain independent. Try to select those elements that truly make a difference and pursue them while recognizing the futility of needless changes.
